I was on a long business trip in Lisbon and ran out of clothes, and I'm so happy I found THE LOOP Laundry Solutions. Lazzaro was incredibly communicative and accommodating with my last-minute request. The pickup and delivery at my hotel lobby was so convenient. He picked up my laundry at 9 AM and had it back to me by 5 PM the same day! Everything was beautifully organized, well-folded, and smelled great. You can really tell the attention and care he puts into his work. Highly recommended for anyone traveling in Lisbon!

We had such an amazing experience with this laundry service! We were arriving in Lisbon for the second stop of our trip and had accumulated quite a bit of laundry that needed to be done. I filled out an inquiry, and within minutes, Lazzaro reached out to me!
He was incredibly flexible and accommodating with the pickup and drop-off times, which made everything so easy and stress-free while traveling. He was also very communicative throughout the entire process, letting me know when our clothes would be picked up and when we could expect them to be returned. We received everything back much faster than we expected!
When our clothes arrived, they were so clean, smelled amazing, and were folded so neatly. Lazzaro was so kind and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.
We would highly recommend this business to anyone, especially travelers who need clean clothes and want the peace of mind of having everything taken care of for them. Such a convenient and reliable service! We will definitely use them again the next time we’re in Lisbon!

We can arrange collection from hotels within our service area. Send the hotel name and address so we can confirm coverage.
Can I leave laundry at reception?
Yes, once agreed with our team and your hotel. Label the bag clearly and confirm the pickup details with us.
